A network of passionate women who support United Way by giving, advocating, volunteering, and inspiring others to create lasting change in our community to support children and families in Maricopa County.
As a valued member of Women United, you'll:
Members give an annual gift of $1,000 designated to one of Valley of the Sun United Way's community objectives. The Arizona Charitable Tax Credit* or the Step Up Program, which is a $500 gift in year one, $750 in year two and $1,000 in year three are also options for participation with membership engagement on day one.
* Direct up to $800 to United Way’s Arizona Charitable Tax Credit. Contributions may qualify for the Credit for Contributions to Qualifying Charitable Organizations. Taxpayers filing as “single” and “head of household” status may claim a maximum credit of $400; taxpayers filing as “married filing separate” may claim a maximum credit of $400; taxpayers that file as “married filing joint” may claim a maximum credit of $800. Consult your tax advisor.
