By day, Joe Razo is a contractor, working on homes in the Valley. But at night, Joe leads a group of volunteers who take to the streets to connect with people who don’t have a roof over their heads.
Joe is the founder of Basic Mission that offers around-the-clock outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness. He, his wife Donna, along with teams of caring volunteers, distribute water, food, blankets and other basic necessities for survival while helping to connect people to resources to end their homelessness.
Joe’s is a familiar face at Project Connect, events held throughout the year to provide life-saving resources including employment, health and legal services.
